Long Day. A torpedo-shaped onion with brown skin and white flesh. Flesh is juicy and mild flavored with a crispy texture. A great winter storage onion from the Czech Republic. Flavor is pungent and strong; a superb cooking onion that is supreme on top of fried potatoes.
